1. Your relationship with your agent

The listing information available here is provided to you within that relationship.

6. No display, transfer, or scraping
You agree not to directly or indirectly display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell, or sublicense any listing information to any other person or party. Scraping, screen scraping, database scraping, data mining, and any similar automated or manual extraction of data from this site are expressly prohibited.
7. Acceptance by click; no obligation created
You accept these Terms by mouse click (or equivalent tap). Your acceptance does not impose any financial obligation on you, and it does not create any representation agreement (agency agreement) between you and your assigned agent or the brokerage.
8. Compliance verification by PropTx
